I loved the conversation between Jensen and Sam and I totally think the second baby is Sam's. Jensen was spending time and sleeping with Sam and avoiding Jared at that time.

Hearing about TRey's family makes me pity him evne that much more. Even though I think he'll die during the operation, for some reason I want him to survive and live with the baby, at least it can make him happy.
